ieGeek Doorbell Camera Bell J9

I have been using this product which is a doorbell camera j9 model for approximately four or five years I have a lot of fun with it I often move it around watch animals out in the forest, spider watching, people watching which is rare, and have used it to view underneath my home and in my attic when I otherwise didn't want to crawl up in there or under there looking for leaks or rodents that shouldn't be there never much found anything but had a lot of fun watching spiders do what they do and there's a lot that they do that the Discovery channel does not disclose.
Wonderful device works as expected pop the memory card in don't have to pay for service set it up the way I want never fails except when the power goes out yep it doesn't work when the power goes out so regardless if it's charged up and got a memory card it's not going to catch nothing just a constant beeping so be prepared.
Yep you can access online via your personal computer so that's a great option.
Just have fun with it it's a great alternative to the more expensive brands and works just the same
PS it has withheld through many storms snow storms rainstorms wind storms hail storms protected and unprotected almost always outside and this ravaging heat storm we're having this summer it's held up just fine it's took many drops it took one move it takes a beating and keeps right on going this sucker is badass perfect

I love my doorbell camera. Good recording video and good picture. I used memory card so that they can record more than 6 seconds, because iCloud free recording is only 6 seconds. I love all my ieGeek Cameras.

This smart doorbell camera works great. Super easy installation and set up, including the very user-friendly ieGeek app. Crystal clear picture both day and night, clear sound when talking both ways, the included chime works fantastically, and after adjusting the settings to my liking, virtually no false alarms and videos of nothing (unlike my previous wyze outdoor cam)!

I can easily fine-tune the sensitivity settings up or down if I feel like too many passing cars are triggering the cam or if it missed the mailman. Right now I have it adjusted perfectly where it will set off only when someone is on my property and not necessarily just passing by, also thanks to the detection area setting where I can map out exactly where someone would trigger the camera.

Battery life is good, too. Upon receiving, it says to charge it for at least 8 hours before use. I did not and it quickly drained the battery setting it up and installing. BUT after 2 days and noticing the battery power down to 58%, I charged it fully for the recommended 8 hours, placed it back inside the case, and it’s been holding its charge strongly since. It’s been 4 days now since fully charging and I’m still at 94%, even with multiple alarms and me checking the live feed a few times a day.

The only major downside I can think of is that this device does not support continuous recording to neither my SD card nor the cloud, which is a feature I highly prefer.

Still, I am very happy with this doorbell purchase so far as all the positives still outweigh that one downside for me, and do very much recommend it.

I love it. It has a clear picture alerts.

I did not want to put my videos on a cloud I could not trust. Luckily, the internal memory works great. Battery charge usually last 3 months.

When I had trouble with my camera I immediately got help from the ieGeek manufactures. They stayed with me until the problem was resolved for me. I recommend this camera.

This is a great alternative if you don't want to spend the money on a Ring. Easy to use and instal and the motion detection is spot on. Camera Quality is excellent and is very clear. It is a very useful little door camera. It is a bit sensitive if you live in a busy area and it does notify you a good bit.

So far so good. Just wish the picture was clear at night...its perfect during the day but at night the picture becomes fuzzy

Better than ring there is a cloud subscription

Picture quality is good, the repeater flattens the batteries in just a few weeks. If you don't check it every couple of weeks you end up missing visitors.

I like the doorbell and camera, I’m giving it four stars because the battery lasts about eighteen daysOtherwise it’s easy to install and setup

I've had this camera for several months. There were some issues with it not recording, but customer service was very helpful. They sent me a replacement camera and it is working very well.Be sure to purchase an SD card as well.

Excellent doorbell, I was given an extended 2 year warranty. Thankfully the customer service is excellent, because my chime stopped working into the 2nd year. They sent me a replacement very fast and all is working very well!I find the battery life of this doorbell much better than previous doorbells. Easy to install, remove to charge etc

Great camera with really hood clear picture quality.

A couple of weeks ago, my ieGeek doorbell suddenly stopped working. I tried recharging it overnight, but the battery would only reach about 55% and then dropped to 53% within an hour. After recharging, the device wouldn’t reset or respond in the app.I contacted customer service and received a prompt response with troubleshooting suggestions. Since the issue couldn’t be resolved, my case was forwarded to technical support on Friday. By Monday, after reviewing the situation, technical support suspected a malfunction with the camera’s internal battery that was causing the abnormal battery behavior and immediately issued a replacement.I truly appreciate their quick response, professional handling, and clear communication throughout the process. The replacement arrived within just a few days. This experience gives me great confidence in shopping with ieGeek, and I’m very satisfied with both the product support and overall service.

It works well, but if you live on a busy street, the battery is gone quickly, in around three weeks.

Great doorbell, my last one lasted 1 year or so. Have kept to this brand as there is no subscription. Quality of the camera is amazing, even with night vision. Sound quality is good too & with a wide angle viewing.

I rarely do reviews because most things are simply good. I am impressed with this video camera, so I want to let people know a great item when I find one. It took 5 prior purchases/returns to finally get one that does what it says it will do. I'm not real techy, set up was easy, no help of any kind needed. It connects to wifi and Bluetooth easily, the videos are clear day and can see faces well at night, the ease of motion detection is super. I can watch remotely, the notices with the camera are clear and within seconds instead of minutes, it has night vision, it works in cold weather, not sure about sub cold, (but anyone out to do harm in that instance is crazy) I don't need a subscription because I can save on a SD card, you can save videos to the cloud, but for me I see no reason to do so. They also offer a subscription, but not required to set up. Others I tried before you can set up they make you subscribe, then try to cancel, it isn't fun. Works much better than a previous purchase from a famous name brand, that rhymes with bling, quicker response notices. The only thing I wish it did better is head to toe, but it might be where I have it and still not a problem for me. I will buy another from this company again for sure.

Wonderful product, works great

This was very easy to set up and to begin using. Very clear video and audio. You will need a SD card though, if you want to save video. Mounting supplies, batteries and charger included.

Excellent customer service from this manufacturer, had an issue with the door bell connecting back into the bracket. Connected them, they helped troubleshoot the issue and sent a replacement product free of charge. Replacement works perfectly.Could not fault the company in anyway and the product is excellent.
